ORWO Micro Plates MO1 Fact Sheet – Multi Language

Reproduced here for your convenience and edification is the fact sheet for ORWO photographic plates, type MO1. The fact sheet is in German, English, French, Spanish, and Russian, in that order.

ORWO plates type MO1, originally for microphotography. They also work for normal photography. They’re old, and haven’t aged quite as well as some similar Ilford type plates, which in terms of longevity are the best in my experience. These were produced in West Germany, and while no date is evident on the fact sheet or the original box, one can infer that they predate the reunification of Germany, making them quite old. You can still shoot them, though, only you have to do so at ISO 1 or lower. Good times.
